Questions about this module
Is the AI assistant mandatory?
No. It is a separate module that the organization switches on or off. The platform works fully without it, and switching it on or off is recorded in the audit trail.
Where is the text processed?
Your data is stored in the EU. When the AI module is on, the texts you send to the assistant are processed by an AI provider in the USA; this is disclosed to organizations that enable the module.
Does the AI change documents by itself?
No. It only proposes; a proposal goes into a record only after a person confirms it.
