Questions about this module
Do all employees need a user account?
No. People without an account can be added to the training records and the competence matrix.
How do we know who is missing required training?
The competence matrix shows required, valid and expired training per person and department with a traffic-light color.
Can we import existing certificates?
Yes. Certificates are attached to attendance records; with the AI module on, data can be read from an uploaded certificate.
